Production time

Most orders are completed within a week. Sometimes orders including numbering, lettering and embroidery may take more time to complete, We don't want to disappoint you, therefore we suggest you allowed one week plus the shipping time for more complex orders.

Rush orders

Please contact us with your needs and we will try to meet any reasonable time demand. If we can squeeze it in our production we will with no extra charge.

Minimum order

Our minimums are:
1-2 color printing – 24 pieces (screenprinting) - they can be a mix of sizes
3-6 color printing - 36 pieces (screenprinting) - they can be a mix of sizes
or 12 pieces of Embroidered garments - they can be a mix of sizes
All Re-Orders require these minimums per design.

Artwork / Logo design

You could submit your artwork by using guidelines (templates) located here. If you don't have your artwork ready, our team of creative graphic designers will help!
Just send us a photocopy or your drawing on paper and we will transform it into a design. Any simple design work is free of charge.

What kind of payment do you accept

Payments for all first orders are C.O.D. (cash or check on delivery/pick up). Once a credit is established, terms are net 30 days.
At this time we do not accept debit payments however credit cards such as VISA, is accepted.
